LOMVI · COLOR EXPERIMENTS

Terms of Service

User agreement · Last updated: October 23, 2026

These terms govern your use of Lomvi. The service provider is the developer identified on Lomvi’s App Store product page, not Apple.

1. Eligibility and agreement

Read these terms and the Privacy Policy before using Lomvi. By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Permissions and any legally required consent are handled separately.

You must meet the app’s App Store age rating and local eligibility requirements. You must have the right to use the photos and content you import.

2. What Lomvi provides

Lomvi helps you capture fabric swatches, confirm colors and materials, build try-on experiments with at least two options, review explainable harmony scores, compare looks side by side, mark a worn look, and keep reviews on your board. Some features depend on an available network and connected service for cloud archive, configuration, or purchase verification.

Analysis results are computational references derived from color relationships such as hue distance, saturation and value balance, and the goal you choose. Lomvi does not claim brand recognition, material authenticity checks, cloud AI fashion diagnosis, or guaranteed better looks.

3. Acceptable use

4. Coins and App Store purchases

Your first outfit analysis is free. Each later analysis submission currently costs 5 Coins, as shown in the app before you confirm. Browsing, editing, reviews, and history remain available without spending Coins.

Coin packs are optional consumable purchases through Apple’s in-app purchase system. The App Store displays the applicable localized product, amount, price, and purchase confirmation. Coins have no cash value, are not transferable or redeemable for cash, and purchased Coins do not expire under these terms.

Apple handles payment processing. Lomvi sends verified transaction information to the verification service for crediting and reconciliation. Coins are granted only after verification succeeds. Consumables are generally not restored through Apple’s standard Restore Purchases process; contact support for verified but uncredited purchases.

If your Coin balance reaches zero, Lomvi keeps your saved data and editing features available and will not invent analysis results. You can open the Coin shop when you want to continue paid analyses.

5. Your content and license

You retain ownership of the photos and text you add. You grant Lomvi the limited permission needed to store, display, sync, and process that content solely to operate the features you use, including cloud archive and restore. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed for any photo you import.

6. Account and data deletion

You may request account deletion from Me → Delete Account or through App Support. Lomvi requests cloud archive deletion first, then clears local profile, photos, wardrobe records, reviews, ledger, and session data after confirmation. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or transaction-reconciliation purposes.

7. License, availability, and responsibility

The app is licensed, not sold. We aim to provide a useful service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free suggestions. To the extent allowed by law, results are guidance rather than a guarantee of style, fit, purchase outcomes, or color accuracy under every lighting condition. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Support and notices

For account, privacy, purchase-delivery, or content issues, email Lomvi@gmail.com or visit the Support & FAQ page. You can also use App Support on Lomvi’s App Store product page. Include the app version and relevant transaction reference, but do not send passwords or full payment-card information.
